Privacy Policy

1. Who processes the data. The data controller is the Central House of Aviation and Cosmonautics, DOSAAF Russia, 4 Krasnoarmeyskaya Street, Moscow. Data protection enquiries: privacy@aerospace-museum.local.

2. What we collect. When you buy a ticket — your name, email address and payment details (handled by the payment provider; only the transaction status reaches the museum). For membership, additionally a phone number and city. For the newsletter, only an email address. When visiting the site, anonymised statistics collected only after your consent.

3. Why. Data is processed to perform the contract (issuing tickets, membership), to inform you about events where consent exists, and to meet accounting requirements.

4. Legal basis. Processing follows Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data. GDPR applies to visitors from the European Union and PIPL to visitors from China. We record the purpose, date, source and proof of every consent.

5. Retention. Order data is kept for five years under accounting rules; subscription data until consent is withdrawn; anonymised statistics for twenty-four months.

6. Your rights. You may request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to marketing. Requests are handled within thirty days; every request is logged with the name of the person who handled it.

7. Third parties. Data is never sold or passed on for advertising. Processors: the payment provider, the email delivery service and the hosting provider — all located in the Russian Federation.
